MagPure Tissue&Blood DNA Kit provides a simple and rapid solution for DNA extraction from biological samples such as dried blood, anticoagulant blood, serum, plasma, saliva, cultured cells, a small amount of animal tissues and paraffin sections. The kit is based on superparamagnetic magnetic particle purification technology, which does not need toxic phenol chloroform extraction or time-consuming alcohol precipitation. The whole extraction process only takes 60 minutes. The purified DNA includes genomic DNA, mitochondrial DNA, viral DNA (such as hepatitis B), or DNA of other parasitic microorganisms. The obtained DNA can be directly used in PCR, chip analysis, second generation sequencing, virus DNA detection and other experiments.
